Code of Conduct

 

In order to take part in the tour, you are required to sign the present Code of Conduct.

  • You must be 18 or above. Minors are not allowed.

  • You must at all times follow the instructions of the guide.

  • You must be on time at the meeting point.

  • No abusive language or behavior is allowed.

  • Local customs and culture must be respected at all times.

  • No smoking is allowed in any bar/pub/restaurant/van.

  • You must show respect to the neighborhood, leaving it clean after the event.

  • Be clean at all times using designated trash cans and restrooms.

  • Be courteous to participating establishments and their staff serving you.

  • Respect other crawlers and the The Crawl, Bariloche crew, and that safety comes first.

  • No games which encourage or call for the revealing of breasts, genitalia or simulation of sex to be played in public place or within the licensed premises is allowed. When these actions occur spontaneously they shall be stopped.

 

If any of the following should occur, The Crawl, Bariloche shall have complete discretion to decide whether you are guilty of the behaviors described below, irrespective of whether you are charged or convicted by the local law authorities.  You will also be reported if any of the following should occur:

  • Breaking the law of Argentina: Includes breaking property and fighting.

  • Using violence or threats to use violence.

  • Sexual intimidation or harassment.

  • Using illegal drugs.

  • Theft and assault.

  • Putting yourself or any other person in danger.

  • The Crawl, Bariloche, participating venues or sponsors reserve the right without refund to refuse admission or reject persons whose conduct is deemed by either entity to be disorderly or fails to comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.

  • The holder of the stamp is admitted on condition, and by using the stamp the holder agrees they will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture or reproduction of the event to which the stamp admits them without the expressed permission of The Crawl, Bariloche. Breach of the foregoing will automatically terminate the stamp and drink ticket license.

  • The holder of the stamp voluntarily assumes all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related to the event for which the stamp is issued, whether occurring prior to, during or after the event.

  • Holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless to The Crawl, Bariloche, the participating venues, and sponsors, and all of their extensions regardless of the negligence of The Crawl, Bariloche participating venues and sponsors.

5.       The holder grants permission to The Crawl, Bariloche, the participating venues, and sponsors to utilize the holder’s image or likeness incidental to any still, live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event for which the stamp admits them.

6.       Due to very strict capacity policies, cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the event in order to receive a transfer or refund. Bookings created within 48 hours of an event are non-transferable/non-refundable.

7.       The holder assumes all risk and danger that may arise from robbery in public spaces or in participating venues.

8.       The holder assumes all responsibility of his or her behavior during the course of the event and holds The Crawl, Bariloche harmless of the consequences that may arise from it.

 

 

Thus, I voluntarily release The Crawl and all entities serving as a destination for the event from any and all responsibility, liability, claims, demands or causes of action, on account of injuries or problems of any nature, which may arise as a result of my participation in the above stated activity.

I understand the release of liability and the code of conduct and agree to uphold all that is stated above.
