1. What is a pub crawl?

A pub crawl is tradition that has been going on for a while now mostly in the USA and Europe, where a group of tourists get together, under the supervision and coordination of a guide, to visit several bars and pubs in one night.

 

2. Where can I buy the tickets?

You can purchase the tickets personally in our points of sale (click here to view them) or via our website (go to Tickets).

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay through PayPal, Skrill or wire transfer.

4. How many days in advance do I have to buy the tickets?

You can buy the tickets until 4 pm of the day prior to the tour. For instance, if you choose the Saturday tour, you can buy this one until Friday 4 pm. If you buy it after 4pm, your purchase will automatically book the tour for 2 days after the date of purchase.

 

5. Can I change the day even if I have already purchased a ticket?

You can change the day for whenever you want, as long as you make the reservation before 4 pm of the day prior to the chosen tour date.

 

6. Can I cancel the purchase and get a refund?

According to our cancellation policy, we will only issue a refund if you made the cancellation 48 hours before the tour date. Otherwise, we will only be able to offer you to go to the tour that will take place 48 hours after your purchase date.

 

7. Is there any difference among the pub crawls?

All tours visit the same amount of bars in one night. However, each crawl makes a different tour round different bars. We´ll take you to the most popular and best quality beer bars in town. During the first stop, you'll be able to meet all the crawlers, taste a snack and have a drink or two. The second stop will be at a bar with massive local and foreign public. The third and last, we´ll finish the crawl at the best bars in town, where you can dance to the rhythm of the music while enjoying more artisan beers and shots.

 

8. Where is the meeting point?

All pub crawls depart from downtown at 8 pm. The exact meeting point will be informed once you have purchased your ticket.

 

9. What time does the pub crawl start and finish?

We´ll get together at the meeting point at 8 pm and we´ll be having fun till midnight. From then on, you will be able to stay if you wish. 

 

10. What does the ticket include?

Bar crawling to 3 different bars, free pass, table reservation, beer, snacks and assistance of our local coordinator. For the outskirts tour, the transfer back to the hotel is also included.

 

11. What do I need to bring to the tour?

The most important thing is your ID, money and, in wintertime, you will definitely need to come wrapped up.

 

12. What should I not to bring to the tour?

Valuable items, sharp objects, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs.

 

13. Is there any age restriction?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to purchase your ticket and to participate in the event.

 

14. What is the dress code?

Comfortable attire but if you wish to dress up, you can do so. Note that bars do not allow thongs in men or women, nor short shorts or bermudas for men.

 

15. Where are the bars located?

The bars are located in downtown and in the outskirts of Bariloche as well.

 

16. How close are bars located from each other?

In downtown, all bars are very close and within walking distance from each other. In the outskirts, distances are considerable, so we will move from one bar to the other with the van.

 

17. Does the pub crawl get canceled due to bad weather (heavy rain or snow)?

No. In downtown, we crawl no matter what! For the outskirts tour, it will basically depend on route conditions.

 

18. If by any chance the pub crawl is canceled, do I get a refund?

Yes. In the highly improbable event that the pub crawl gets canceled, you will be contacted by a staff member of The Crawl, Bariloche and your money reimbursed.

 

19. If I bought a ticket but could not attend, will I get a refund?

Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if you bought a ticket but could not attend.

 

20. Where can I redeem my voucher?

It can be redeemed the very same day of the tour at the place and time of the meeting point. The guide will receive the voucher and, in exchange, he´ll give you a stamp with which you'll access the bars.

 

21. Does the voucher grant me access to the bars and pubs?

No. The voucher is not valid to access the bars. You will need to redeem it for the stamp.

 

22. Do I need to stay with the crawlers or can I go to the bars on my own?

In order to benefit from the crawl and its special treats, you will need to stay with the group. However, once the tour is over, you can go on your own if you'd like.

 

23. How do we get from pub to pub?

All bars are within walking distance in downrown. For the outskirts tour, we´ll go in a van.

 

24. What tickets can I buy? Can I buy all of them?

You you can buy as many tickets as you want, since each day includes different venues. Bars are not repeated.

 

25. Can I buy a ticket if I am a minor?

No. You must be 18 or older to purchase your ticket and to participate in the event.

 

26. With a group of friends, we bought several tickets. Do we all have to show up together in order to redeem the vouchers?

Yes, every crawler must show up at the meeting point and get their own stamp.

 

27. Can I buy tickets on behalf of my friends?

No. Every participating crawler must buy its own voucher, sign the Code of Conduct which will be provided at the points of sale (if you buy it in person) or will pop up when making an on-line purchase. Having your voucher, means you have read and accepted the terms of the Code of Conduct.

 

28. What happens if my stamp wears out?

Try to keep your stamp intact, since it will give you access to the benefits of the crawl.

 

29. If I buy tickets for different crawl dates, should I have to keep my stamp?

No. You will be given a different stamp each day.

 

30. Do I have to sign an agreement before buying the ticket?

Yes. Before the purchase is completed, whether on line or in person, you will need to read and accept the terms and conditions stated in the Code of Conduct. You can access it in the points of sale or here.

32. How many crawlers are there per group?

A minumum of 10 and a maximum of 15.
